Why YYHR exists
Aviation employers in Canada are served either by national HR consultancies who do not know a Part 145 organization from a warehouse, or by recruiters who can fill a role but cannot tell you whether your handbook is legal. YYHR does both, for one industry.
The name
YYC is Calgary. YYHR is the HR desk in the same terminal.
How we work
Small by design. You deal with the person doing the work, not an account manager. We turn down mandates outside aviation, aerospace and defence, because the value here is depth.
